The <a href=\"http:\/\/computertechsreno.com\/tips\/windows-8-to-be-available-october-26-should-you-upgrade\/\" target=\"_blank\">newly designed Windows 8<\/a>\u00a0is in stores now, and the more familiar Windows 7 is getting hard to find preinstalled on a new computer, though they can be purchased directly from manufacturer&#8217;s websites such as HP and Dell.
