Just to drop you a quick note to tell you how impressed I am with your service. Your visit was quick, you were on time, and dressed very professional!!! In addition, you were concerned about my time and money, trying to keep it under two hours, which you did!! You also explained things so well (in plain English) I felt I really understood… My computer is running so well and fast, with no pop-ups, junk mail, etc. I would like to thank you so very much for everything you did for us. Hi Mark, I just wanted to thank you for all the effort you put into the installation of my high-speed internet service and making sure that J. and I were set up properly. When I wanted a new computer in July 2003, I turned to Mark of Computer Techs who guided me thru the entire process. He helped me choose the right computer for my needs, migrated my old programs, and installed DSL and added a Spam Blocker and other necessary software. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When I need technical assistance, it is wonderful not having to explain over the phone to a stranger, but have him come to the house and do hands on help. His fees are very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark, I just wanted let you know how much I really appreciate you fixing my computer. I’m on it right now, everything looks fantastic, there’s no bugs, I’m very excited… I just I think you did a great job fitting me in really quickly and it’s just nice to have it back… Thanks again for your professionalism – you’re really great what you do and I appreciate your service… I’ll call you next time I have problems.
